Orders are dispatched weekdays, excluding UK Bank Holidays.  Orders received on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (or next working day if Monday is a UK public holiday). We aim to process your order and dispatch within 1 working day of the order being placed. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or amend your order or address.

Beekeepers Toolbox cannot be held responsible for delays to deliveries caused by couriers or any other third party.

 

UK Shipping*

 

For all toolbox orders, we offer a free courier service when ordered directly via our website.  We aim to dispatch within 2 working days from receipt of your order and send via 48-hour signed-for service, We will provide the tracking number at the point of dispatch.  Note: any additional products purchased at the same time to the same address will also take advantage of free P&P.

For all other products, we do charge a small P&P fee.

 

* Please note the following UK locations may incur an additional shipping charge on items to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, and offshore islands.

 

In the event that a surcharge needs to be covered, we will contact the customer within two working days to discuss and agree on any additional payment. Once payment is received, the order will be dispatched.
